Electromagnetic shielding material

1)Conductive motor weaving

The conductive fabric series products are conductive fabrics made of copper-nickel metal on the surface of plain weave/checkered polyester cloth base using magnetron sputtering and composite coating technology , and the surface can be

hot  melt adhesive ,  blackened ,  oxidation and hardened ,  and made into conductive cloth tapes ,  various shapes of die-cut materials ,  and coated with sponge to make various shapes of conductive pads , which are suitable for electromagnetic shielding ,  anti-static and grounding of various electronic instruments and equipment ,  and inhibit electromagnetic wave interference .



2)Conductive nonwoven fabric
Conductive non-woven fabric series products are made of copper-nickel metal coating on the surface of non-woven fabric substrates using magnetron sputtering and composite coating technology , which can be made into conductive non-hindering fabric tape , conductive non-woven fabric foam and other electromagnetic shielding components ,  which are used to suppress electromagnetic wave interference ,  have good shielding performance and flexibility ,  and are especially suitable for making ultra thin conductive fabric tapes for mobile phones ,  laptops and other electronic products .  The product has the functions of metallic luster, conductivity , electromagnetic shielding , etc . , while maintaining the original characteristics of non-woven fabrics such as thinness ,  ductility ,  bending resistance ,  and folding resistance .

3) Conductive mesh yarn

The conductive mesh yarn series products are coated with copper-nickel metal on thesurface of the mesh using magnetron sputtering and composite coating technology , and the surface can be blackened and hot-melt adhesive . It can be made into various shapes of die-cut materials , conductive tapes , wrapped between two layers of glass , etc . , and is suitable for electromagnetic shielding , shielding windows and other occasions of various electronic devices , and is used to suppress electromagnetic wave interference .


4) Black conductive cloth
Black conductive cloth is made of black conductive cloth tape , various shapes of die- cut materials ,  and PU sponge to make various shapes of conductive padding , which is suitable for electromagnetic shielding , anti-static ( ESD) and grounding of various electronic devices , and is used to suppress electromagnetic wave interference .

5) Gold-plated conductive cloth

Gold-plated conductive fabric products are conductive fabrics made of copper, nickel ,  gold and other metals on the surface of polyester plain weave/checkered cloth baseusing magnetron sputtering and composite coating technology ,  and the surface can be hot melt glue and blackened. It can be made into conductive cloth tape , die-cut materials of various shapes , and PU sponge to make conductive liners of variousshapes , which are suitable for electromagnetic shielding , anti-static and grounding of various electronic instruments and equipment ,  and suppress electromagnetic wave interference .

6) Conductive PI film

Conductive PI film is a conductive film product that uses magnetron sputtering and composite coating technology to deposit copper-nickel/copper-tin/copper-gold and other metals on the surface of the PI film substrate , which is widely used in reflow soldering  oven processing.  It is commonly used in PDA , LCD display , smartphone , laptop , tablet , server, medical device and automotive electronics , etc .

7) Flexible absorbing patch

Flexible wave-absorbing patch is a self-developed absorber mixed with polymer materials ,  prepared by casting coating , molding and other processes , with the advantages of absorption frequency bandwidth , small density , thin thickness , oxidation resistance , etc . , absorbing and shielding electromagnetic waves in complex electromagnetic environments ,  suppressing electromagnetic radiation , resonance , conducted noise , etc . , and is widely used in electronic communications ,  camouflage and stealth and other fields .

8)Thermal conductive pad

TN-GRP100 thermal conductive silicone gasket is made with a design scheme that transfers heat through gaps. It has a high degree of adaptability, can fill the gaps, enhance the heat transfer capacity between the heat-generating part and the heat-dissipating part, and also serves the functions of insulation, shock absorption and sealing. Both sides have natural adhesiveness, which can be well adhered to the surfaces of adjacent components, greatly reducing interfacial thermal resistance. Processing and assembly are also very convenient.

9)Thermal grease

The TN-DRG series thermal grease is a thermal interface material with high thermal conductivity, high insulation performance and low contact thermal resistance. Flowing and thixotropic forms are available for selection. They are convenient to use and easy to fill, which can effectively reduce the contact thermal resistance between the heat source and the heat sink, forming a good thermal link.

 10)Low dielectric insulating thermal conductive film

The TN-LTS series low dielectric insulating thermal conductive film is a new type of thermal interface material for 5G products. It is prepared mainly from organic resin by adding a high proportion of insulating, low dielectric and high thermal conductivity fillers. It features anextremely high thermal conductivity (up to 80W/m.k in the X-Y plane), high insulation, low dielectric constant, excellent wave transmission, and is soft and flexible. It is mainly applied in 5G mobile phones, 5G high-power base stations and heat conduction application scenarios that require good wave transmission.

11)Thermal conductive double-sided tape

Thermal conductive double-sided tape is a functional material used for heat-conducting bonding between electronic devices and heat sinks. It is made by coating both sides of fiberglass cloth with pressure-sensitive adhesive with high thermal conductivity.
