carbon fiber

The company focuses on the mainstream preparation routes of polyacrylonitrile-based (PAN-based) carbon fibers, establishing a closed-loop process  system encompassing "pre-treatment of precursor fibers-pre-oxidation-carbonization-post-treatment". During the precursor fiber stage, we select PAN terpolymer raw materials with over 99% purity, ensuring molecular chain uniformity through wet spinning technology. The pre-oxidation phase employs multi-stage temperature gradient  control  (200-330°C)  to  sequentially  complete  cyclization  and  dehydrogenation  reactions  under  tension,  transforming  linear  molecules  into  ladder structures while preventing fiber melting in subsequent processes. In the carbonization stage, under high-purity nitrogen protection, the material undergoes two treatment phases: low-temperature carbonization (300-1000°C) and high-temperature carbonization (1000-1800°C), significantly removing non-carbon atoms to elevate carbon content to over 92%. Post-treatment utilizes surface modification and customized sizing techniques to enhance adhesion compatibility with resins.

Product Application

Carbon fiber, hailed as the "black gold" of modern industry, is a high-performance fiber material with over 90% carbon content. Its density is merely 1/4 to 1/5 that of steel, yet it boasts 5-10 times the tensile strength of steel. It also features fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, and strong design flexibility. This "light on the outside, strong in the middle" characteristic has enabled breakthrough applications in aerospace, transportation, sports, and leisure industries, making it a core material driving technological advancement.
