Near-stoichiometric ratio lithium niobate crystals (SLN)
Near-stoichiometric ratio of lithium niobate (SLN) crystals, the Li/Nb
molar ratio is close to 1. Compared with lithium niobate crystals with the same component, the concentration of internal fundamental defects is lower and the optical performance is superior. However, the crystal is not eumotic with the same component of solid-liquid, so it is difficult for the crystal to grow. The company can provide 2-3 inch SLN crystals and magnesium-doped SLN crystals.
Applications
Near-stoichiometric ratio lithium niobate crystals can play an important role in high-
performance electro-optical modulators , phase modulators , high-voltage sensors of
integrated optoelectronic chips ,wavefront detection , and optical parametric oscillators ,
and are expected to further adapt to precision device scenarios with higher
optoelectronic performance requirements in AI smart glasses in the future .
